4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph33com username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph33com will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Suspicious Activity. You must notify ph33com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ph33com reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity.
4.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your ph33com account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.
4.4 Platform-Initiated Suspension. ph33com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph33com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph33com account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution. ph33com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the ph33com cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied; (c) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your ph33com account details.
5.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. ph33com complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
5.6 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the ph33com cashier. ph33com will notify you before any such fee is applied.
6.1 ph33com offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of this period.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. ph33com reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.
6.4 Promotion Changes. ph33com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.
6.5 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. ph33com reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
7.1 All games available on ph33com — including slots, live casino, bingo, and Fortune Gems — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that are independently audited for fairness.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph33com platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ph33com content.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph33com platform shall first be submitted to ph33com's customer support team for resolution. ph33com will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR or the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any such regulatory process.
14.4 The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described above.
